Shannon joined LSFP in July 2008 after graduating from the George Mason University Family NP Collaborative program with GWU. She had formerly completed a clinical rotation with LSFP for five months prior to her graduation and worked as a Registered Nurse at the INOVA Loudoun Hospital/Cornwall ER department. Shannon has a special interest in orthopedic medicine and is active in coaching volleyball with local high school athletes. She is ANCC certified.
